The Office and Delivery staff will operate a "challenge 25" policy whereby any person attempting to buy alcohol who appears under 25 will be asked fro photographic ID to prove their age. The only forms of ID accepted are passports, driving licences, Portman Group, Citizen card or validate proof of age cards bearing "pass" mark hologram.

Alcohol will only be delivered to the person who made the order and proof of age will be a mandatory requirement on delivery, the same persons name needs to be on the debit or credit card when used for payment on arrival at the premises. On arrival at the premises, if the person named on the card appears to be under the age of 25, they all be required to show an approved ID prior to the alcohol being handed over. Failure to show the required form of ID will result in the non delivery of the alcohol a refund of that part of the order which relates to alcohol only.
